Dusit International signs to manage its first Dusit Thani branded hotel in Vietnam, near the ancient town of Hoi An

Dusit International, one of Thailand’s leading hotel and property development companies, has signed a hotel management agreement with Vietnam-based property developer Hoi An Royal Group to operate Dusit Thani Hoi An, the first Dusit Thani branded hotel in Vietnam.

Located in a prime beachfront setting in Dien Ban Town near the ancient trading port of Hoi An – one of the most popular tourist destinations on Vietnam’s South Central Coast – the resort is set to open in 2021 comprising 180 well-appointed guest rooms and 69 luxury villas, making it one of the largest internationally branded resorts in the area.

Designed to meet the needs of leisure and MICE travellers alike, resort facilities will include a large outdoor swimming pool, a fully equipped gym, several state-of-the-art function rooms, a bar and lobby lounge, and a high-end spa providing luxurious massage and wellness treatments. Wellness will also play a key role at the resort’s all-day dining restaurant, whose menu will feature healthy Asian and international dishes made using the finest ingredients.

Da Nang International Airport is only 30 minutes away by car, while Hoi An’s Riverside and Old Town centre can be reached in under 10 minutes.

Located on the banks of Thu Bon River amidst a network of canals, Hoi An is a UNESCO World Heritage Site famed for its rich cultural and architectural heritage. The Riverside and Old Town areas feature many charming ancient temples and shrines, beautiful wooden houses representing various eras and styles, and numerous stylish bars, bistros, and local shops for visitors to explore.
